My law firm handles injury and litigation matters in both Nevada and Arizona. Originally from a small town in southern Ohio, I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2003 and have practiced injury, commercial and real estate litigation and trial practice for over a decade. After working several years at a boutique defense law firm, I moved on to one of Nevada’s largest defense law firms with a national presence. While working there, I was assigned to defend numerous million+ dollar cases, some with high-profile media exposure. I’m currently licensed in three different states (Ohio, Arizona and Nevada) and numerous federal jurisdictions. I’m a multiple scholarship recipient, a AAA trained mediator and published legal author. I’ve presented oral argument before the Nevada Supreme Court and handled numerous appeals as well. Among the many different case I have litigated are auto accident cases, premises liability/security cases, product defect cases, medical and legal malpractice cases, real estate matters and many other types of cases.
