As a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada since 1978, Dawn has seen many changes in the last 30+ years. As a young adult, Dawn participated in various activities in the Las Vegas community, including the Masonic Order of The International Order for the Rainbow for Girls. After graduating from Eldorado High School, Dawn embarked on her career in the business community, becoming a business owner. She worked to expand her business, eventually operating in three states (NV, AZ, CA), employing over 80 employees, and operating over 65 vehicles.
Dawn purchased her first piece of real property at the age of 20, a HUD repo, and fell in love with real estate. She then became an investor. Her portfolio now contains single family, multi-family, and commercial/industrial properties in various states.
Outside of work, Dawn enjoys spending time with her golden retriever and labradoodle that lives up to his name (Simba and Turbo), donating her time and talents to Big Brothers and Big Sisters as a BIG SISTER, and attending church regularly. She also enjoys entertaining, scuba diving, and traveling with family and friends.
