 Muslusky Law

At Muslusky Law, it is all about protecting and fighting for those who are injured. Owner, Adam Muslusky, has been practicing law for over 20 years. And, as much as his vast knowledge of the industry is significant, his fantastic personability is really what speaks to clients. Aiming for and attaining the best outcome for every one of his client’s cases is Adam’s number one concern. Muslusky Law’s main areas of practice include Personal injury and Workers’ Compensation. Adam finds that his past work experience prior to becoming an attorney, gives him the edge in meeting and preparing his clients’ cases.

Before entering the legal field, Adam worked in various industries. He was a furniture delivery driver, worked at a truck rental business, a doorman, barback, bartender, food-server, assembly-line, and the list goes on and on. He recalls on many occasions the business and constant juggling of multiple tasks while working various “blue-collar” jobs. It was hard work which Adam had no idea would serve him later in his career. Adam gathered experience on how to multi-task at those blue-collar jobs, which he would continue to use and perfect in eventually managing his staff, and his clients in his law practice years later.

After graduating with a Political Science degree from UC Riverside, Adam went to graduate school at University of San Diego which led him to becoming a paralegal at a prominent construction defect firm in San Diego. Eventually, Adam returned to the same firm as a law clerk. Not only was attention to detail the main concern but being able to jump in and out of cases continued to attract Adam into pursuing a legal career. Adam noticed that his multi-tasking experiences from past jobs easily translated into the legal field, especially with customer service, which is a critical when speaking with clients.

Many ask him what initially attracted him to law, and his answer is as real as it gets: “I can’t tell you because I don’t really know.” There was no single moment of decision, and maybe it was just meant to be. However, maybe it was the instinctual need to help others who have been injured due to no fault of their own.

Adam attended law school at California Western School of Law. During the summer following the first year of law school, Adam moved to Las Vegas for a summer internship. While in Las Vegas, Adam met and fell in love with his wife, Linda. After California Western, Adam moved to Las Vegas in 2000 and has been helping injured people ever since!

Adam began working on Workers’ Compensation cases in 2003. This is where his past work experience really helped him analyze cases and connect with his clients. From how he speaks and works with people to how he remains calm in stressful situations, helps his clients trust Adam. In his position, Adam is able to creatively problem solve a situation and then help his clients make well-informed decisions about how to move forward. Adam finds that his past work experience helps him connect with particularity on Workers’ Compensation cases. Adam can relate to the clients, as he too, has worked many physically demanding jobs previously. Adam also speaks Spanish, which he studied in school when he was younger, and uses on a regular basis when meeting with Hispanic clients.

Regarding personal injury cases, Adam knows there is nothing he can do to ease pain and suffering; however, his clients are quite confident in knowing they have someone on their side fighting for them. Many of his clients share raving reviews which highlight how much they feel cared for upon walking into his firm and meeting with Adam. Adam and his staff help clients by finding the right medical providers and then manage these claims to conclusion.

After several successful years of practicing in other firms, and with much encouragement from friends and family, in 2014 Adam made the decision to open his own practice. After just a short time, Muslusky Law already has achieved a vast amount of respect in Las Vegas. The main focus of Muslusky Law is Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation. However, Adam recognized people needed occasional help with other areas of the law. Thus, part of Adam’s practice can also help with DUIs and Reckless Driving, Tickets and various Moving Violations. The first consultation is always free, and just remember to come prepared to talk about your case.

Once clients arrive, they can expect to meet directly with Adam, where they can fully explain their situation and get all of their questions answered. Many clients leave his office feeling like they gained a friend in addition to a lawyer, and it is that customer service that will continue to bring Adam more business. Adam and his staff offer the ability to come to you if you are too injured to drive, which makes it as convenient as possible for his clients to speak with a lawyer about their cases.

With a history of working in many service-oriented jobs prior to becoming a lawyer, it is easy to see why Adam earns a lot of his business through referrals, his personality, and the results he gets. From working right alongside his clients, Adam explains to each client of his “team” concept. Adam, and his staff are on the same “team” with every client. Thus, communication is vital for the “team” to succeed on every case.

Adam is as hardworking as they come. In his free time, Adam loves watching and attending professional sporting events, including NFL football, and the Vegas Golden Knights. Adam hopes to continue representing those who are unfortunately injured and do not know what to do or where to go, and help them get the care they need and the compensation they deserve.
