Victor Cardoza has been practicing law in Las Vegas since 1995. During the majority of his legal career, he has devoted his time to helping clients who have suffered injuries due to someone else’s negligence. The scope of his practice includes motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, dog bites, slip/trip and falls and workers’ compensation claims. He also handles most tickets for moving violations and usually secures an outcome of no traffic school, no points on driver’s license, with no court appearance needed by the client.
His passion is helping clients recover from their injuries by helping them locate good medical treatment and then fighting against insurance companies and their lawyers to secure just compensation for the injured. He has been practicing exclusively in these areas of the law since 2001.
